I started seeing Dr. Indy at Willow Wellness a few weeks ago.
I'm 48 and train jiu jitsu and lift 5-6 days a week.
So between the two, I'm basically always somewhere in the cycle of breaking down and repairing.
A few weeks in, I noticed my body was moving better than it had in years.
My lifts improved, I've never felt better on the mat, and honestly, my mind felt sharper too.
On top of that, Dr. Indy has made real progress on problem areas I've dealt with for years without resolution.

I started seeing Dr. Indy at 32 weeks pregnant when I was experiencing significant pubic bone pain, and he has truly been a lifesaver.
Not only did he help me find relief from that discomfort, but when I began experiencing severe back cramping around 36 weeks, his care made an incredible difference.
For the first time in weeks, I haven’t needed to use my heating pad for two days straight, which feels like a miracle at this stage of pregnancy.
Dr. Indy is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping his patients feel their best.
Beyond the exceptional care, the office itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel like family.
I’m so grateful I found this practice during my pregnancy, and I already can’t wait to bring my little one to see Dr. Indy once he arrives.

Fantastic place from beginning to end!
The staff is wonderful, so helpful and friendly.

Started seeing Dr Indy at willow wellness around 24 weeks pregnant with my second and what an amazing help and resource this practice has been!!
I’ve dealt with a lot of pelvic girdle and back pain this time around and the difference I feel after getting adjusted is life changing.
