An immersive experience for women ready to stop performing long enough to discover who they are beneath expectation, achievement, and the roles they learned to carry.
Through guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, and experiential exercises, facilitators Lisa B. Dunn (Founder, HumanityLink) and Briane Agostinelli (Founder, B. Agostinelli Enterprises) help you separate who you are from who you learned you needed to be.
You leave with greater clarity around who you are beyond expectation and achievement, language for patterns you may have felt but never fully articulated, a stronger connection to your own voice, needs, and boundaries, and clearer non-negotiables.
Your seat includes a 30-minute one-on-one conversation with Lisa or Briane before the day, the full day with a group of 8 to 12 women, lunch, and all materials.
Founding cohort rate: $495 (regular $750). This is the first Grounded2Soar cohort, and the founding rate is a thank-you to the women willing to go first.
